Working it out!

Almost a couple of weeks ago, I decided that I need to get in better shape! I’ve been doing good so far. I only drink water and I’m trying to eat healthier… but that’s a work in progress. I started off walking/jogging daily, using Wii Active on some days, and within the last week I started doing 100 crunches per night. I’ve decided that I wanted something a little more intense! I found this workout dvd…

For me, this is DEFINITELY an intense workout! I’m not really in shape… yet! But I’m working on it! I can’t wait until this gets easier and I can get through the entire video without stopping! I recommend this to anyone! Wish me luck!
